Confidentiality
We treat all information received and given as privileged and hold it in the strictest confidence. For the purposes of compliance with the legal requirements of the Privacy Act 1993, any information we supply is also to be held in the strictest confidence and not disclosed to any person, including the candidate, without our express permission.
Conflicts
We will not accept, without prior approval of our clients, engagements that may conflict with or which leads directly or indirectly to reduced availability of services in any way that impedes the progress and outcome of our assignment.
Before accepting an assignment we will disclose where we believe there is any potential for conflict. We do not concurrently take on assignments which compete for the same candidates.
Off-Limits Policy
Signium Executive Search International adopts an “off-limits” policy when conducting assignments. This policy relates to organisations, or divisions of larger organisations, that have retained our firm in the last 24 months. Therefore, Signium Executive Search International will not approach staff from these businesses. As a client, your organisation will become “off-limits”, and we will not recruit senior executives from your organisation under this policy.
As members of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) and Institute of Management Consultants New Zealand (IMCNZ), we adhere to their respective codes of ethics and conduct.
