Our client, a long-standing listed company is strengthening its governance team and now wishes to appoint two new independent (non-executive) directors. 

The company is noted for its multi-channel distribution of high quality, branded, leading-edge consumer products, its development and training programmes and continued innovation to grow its market position in a very competitive market.

We wish to appoint experienced directors with demonstrated governance knowledge and a history of adding value through leadership on the boards of commercial organisations.  In addition to sound business acumen we would like to appoint directors who have held senior executive leadership positions in corporate financial management, training/education (especially on-line) within a private sector, business education provide.
